SHIPPING POLICY
We use a range of couriers to ensure we get your goods delivered in the most cost-effective way.
Please ensure your goods are inspected on delivery and any damages are reported straight away by calling us on 0113 2575757.
If your parcel is damaged please sign for the delivery as "DAMAGED" and ask the driver to report and log this to their depot.
Failure to do so may result in us not being able to claim for the damages with the courier and we may be unable to re-supply free of charge.
Please do not sign as "unchecked" as this will not be accepted by the courier if we need to claim.
RETURNS POLICY
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on bespoke printed goods unless they are received damaged or faulty.
Any hardware which is faulty or damaged can be returned for a replacement. Goods must be returned at the buyer's expense and we will send a replacement on receipt and inspection of the faulty goods.
